  • 2.How to get price lists?

    As all our products are custom-made, we do not have a complete price list of packaging bags and boxes, and your packaging items (including size, printing, weight, quantity )will not be exactly the same as the reference samples. Please kindly send us your design with color, size and material or let us know the reference Model No. of our products from our website combined with your ideas, then, we can suggest the best way how to make your item and quote you the prices accordingly.
  • 3.Is there Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) required?

    Generally, Our MOQ is 3,000pcs per size per design, but the order quantity is usually flexible.
  • 4.Do you accept small orders?

    We accept small order (not less than 1,000pcs) as long as it is feasible. We are willing to meet the requirement of our customers, but sometimes we are limited by the other factors such as the availability of material, minimum quantity needed to start the machine and the cost of production. Please take note the price for small quantity will inevitable higher.
  • 5.Can you take rush orders?

    Usually, we won't take rush orders because we always believe it will make our production arrangement in bad condition and quality unstable. For our regular clients, we can consider, but  please do not over use the urgency service. 
  • 6.What's your payment terms & How to pay?

    Our Payment terms are 30% TT in advance, balance will be paid before delivery.

    For small amount, such as sample fees or small orders less than USD 2000, Paypal and West Union both are acceptable. Any bank fees at our side should to be covered by the buyer because our fees are really higher using this convenient and fast payment way.

    Wire transfer is normally used, we'll will share the fees.

  • 7.How about delivery time?

    For samples, it takes 3-5 days, for bulk, 15 days at least are needed, but still depends on our whole production schedule.

  • 8.How to control your quality?

    We have QC supervisors in much inspection experiences to follow your orders by each step, from material purchasing, cutting, printing, producing to packing as your required to ensure high quality, we conform to SGS, ITS Standard to check the goods and we will do 100% inspection before delivery if you have special quality requirements.

  • 9.Do we need to pay sample charge?

    We produce custom-made sample according your original sample, pictures or drawings, which is totally free for our old customers (USD 100,000 at least annual), but won't include the samples which refers to gravure printing.
    We charge customized sample fee for new customers and will refund it when the order is up to USD 10,000.
  • 10.Can you help us to ship the goods to our country?
